Initial Consultation – FDG discusses the possibilities of franchising your business, helps you understand what?s involved and whether it makes sense for you to move forward. There is no fee for this analysis.

Legal Stage – FDG assists you in making sure your proprietary rights are protected. We prepare the necessary legal documents including the Franchise Disclosure Document tailoring it to fit the states in which you will be franchising. We will make sure you are qualified to do business in those states. We will also prepare the Franchise Agreement which will be the agreement between you and your franchisees. Other legal work includes trademark and trade name protection, employment law and appropriate state registration.

Operating & Training Manuals – With your input FDG prepares the materials necessary for successful duplication. A franchisee will be paying for your expertise and know how, and it is here that all these are put together. This is a key to successful duplication as well as a legal requirement. This is where the System to be duplicated is created.

Marketing Your Franchise Opportunities – We are now ready to market and close your franchise opportunities. It is here that qualified buyers are found and franchises are awarded.

Mason Kumon Math & Reading Center Instructors: Dr. Manouchehr Ghamsari, and Mrs Mahvash Banisalam We opened the Mason Kumon Center at the Mason United Methodist Church in October of 1999 with 20 students. We started Kumon as a family business, at that time Mahvash was the only instructor, she had three helpers, Mitra and Nima, our children, and Manouchehr. The Center has grown to over 250 subjects in 11 years, with two certified instructors, Dr. Manouchehr Ghamsari, and Mrs Mahvash Banisalam. We have been fortunate to have capable assistants who enjoy working with children and helping us implement Kumon method. Student helpers have always been valuable addition to our center; they are selected individuals who graduated from our Center or reached an advanced level in the program. There are many reasons for our accomplishments. We fully believe in Kumon method, an independent individualized learning method aiming to unleash the potential in every child. Our instructors know each student fully, and have a clear plan for her/him. Parental participation is another key to students’ progress. We work as a team with our Kumon families and have a passion for what we are doing.
